I have been following the diet as strict as can be...but I am not losing any weight. I am 10lbs lighter but I dropped that the first week. I am now almost at two weeks now. Any ideas?
Welcome. 10 lbs is great. And many to see a pause in the second week.
We can see if something is up but you need to give us some more.
What are your stats? How much are you hoping to lose?
What is your menu like? What do you drink? Exercise? Period coming up?

I was 200 and now 190. I am 5'5. I gained 70lbs while carrying my son. He is 11 months now so I am ready to get back to me. My goal is to be 130lbs. As for my diet I am eating about 4 pieces of bacon and one egg. Lunch is tuna with mayo and some Atkins approved veggies. Dinner a steak. I drink lots of water. Acourse I mix it up some but never more than 20 carbs and only Atkins approved foods. I do need to start working out because currently my work out is just keeping up with my 11 month old
You say Atkins approved - you mean only veggies as listed in the book right? The website (run by the commercial Atkins company) approve a lot of their own processed foods such as bars and shakes but many of us have found that these things stall us.
Keeping up with an 11 month old is probably a great work out. My "little one" is fourteen. Can be a bit of a work out too sometimes but in a different way I suppose.
