Hi I'm JJ- I have been eating low cal and trying to work out for weeks- and nothing has worked- I started Atkins last Monday and already can see huge results. I'm only 4'10 and so every pound I put on makes it impossible to wear half the things in my closet.

Things I'm struggling with
1. Random episodes of feeling naceous - I've tried snacking on Atkins friendly snacks and haven't found anything that really settles my stomach
2. Not having a glass of wine (or 2..or 3...) after a long day of work
