I am really hoping this works. I really think i should be pretty good at sticking to it. I already work out at a minimum of 2 days a week. I am hoping to do more. I am currently 278 and hope to get down to 250 and then keep going. I hope you will all support me in this endeavor. I love reading all your stories, it's very motivating. If you have any advice for me, please let me know.
