Hello everyone. I've actually been on Atkins since January 5. Since then I've lost 16 lbs, went from a XL to an L in shirts, from a plus size pant to a 13 and funniest of all from a 40C to a 36B. I'm having a blast!
I'm currently on OWL rung 2 -introducing those dairys -gotta love my yogourt
and I'm actually exercising- either 30 min/day on the treadmill or cross-country skiing with the family. It's not a huge amount- but small steps- right?
I live in Alberta, Canada, am a part-time teacher with a pilot-husband whose schedule is at best overwhelming ,and my two kids -ages 5 and 3. I figure I'm finally over the neglect-myself-because-I'm-a-new-mom phase. It just took me longer than most
