    Hiyas all! I've been on Atkins diet since January 1st and reading here about everyone elses experiments with it has helped keep me motivated. I started Jan. 1st weighing in at a whopping 170lbs! I am now down to 147lbs and feel great! I hope to hit my goal by June. Wish me luck!

    Wow! Great start! We were the same starting weight, but I can only wish I was having the same luck as you lol. I did it before, and got down to 134 in 3 or 4 months, but you have just zoomed ahead!

      Congrats! That is outstanding. Can you tell me a couple of your daily meal plans- I would like to see if I am on track with other Atkins people. Are you still doing induction?

        Thanks for the support! I usually have a egg and a couple pieces of bacon for breakfast. My husband found me Low Carb bread that has 9 carbs in a slice so I have a half of sandwich for lunch which is awesome to eat some bread Lol. And for dinner, I have a chicken salad and I snack on String Cheese and dried salame when I feel like Im going to break.
