    Hey everyone!!! I just started yesterday..My friend did this and lost over 100lbs and im hoping for the same type of result. Im excited to start and feel like this is a very doable diet. any tips or advice is always welcome.

    Hi, You've come to the right place for inspiration and motivation. My #1 tip is to start a journal in journal chats. Posting in my journal helps to keep me accountable and focused. Good luck!

      Here's wishing you the same kind of success your friend had, and I'm sure that if you follow the plan to the letter (and that's my no.1 tip), you'll have it.

      Other tips: Don't forget to drink masses of water (preferably cold); add exercise to the equation; take your supplements (without iron)
