My goal is to lose 30lbs. I weigh 158 and am 5ft3. I am a mother of 4,a 15yr old, 10yr, 5yr and 2yr old. I started working out 3-4 days a week on dec 28th, and realized I needed to change my eating habits to have results. So here I am. I find this site very inspirational and informative.

thank you both! and im patiently waiting for the whoosh fairy and hoping that my hard work pays off. I was getting very discouraged when i was sweating my butt off with no immediate results. I had a copy of Dr. Atkins book and over Thanksgiving rediscovered it when trying to find Christmas decorations. I wanted to work out, and get into the habit of working out before i introduced any food changes. I am hopeful!
