  • how do I break a stall?

    I have been very faithful to atkin for 1 month. I am diabetic and can not break the weight I am at. My calories are at 1500+-, I have ratios of
    60/30/and no more than 5% carb. I am in ketosis above moderate. Can anyone give me advice on how to move that scale. I about to give up.
    (I am a second time user and love this site). I will admit to being 75 and moderately active. Does this matter?
