  • 1st Time On Atkins

    Hi everyone,

This is my first time on Atkins. I've always been interested in it in the past, so when my boyfriend decided that he needed to start a serious diet I went on it with him.
So far, being on 3 weeks of induction I've only lost 13 lbs, but I'm still happy with that. I know that sometimes it just takes longer for some people.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself to everyone.

Great that you joined your boyfriend - it is always nice to have a partner on the journey. Congratulations on the 13 lbs. That is great.
Remember to look into what comes after induction before it gets to be too much of a burden.

Hello there! Welcome aboard and congrats on your great start. 13 lbs in three weeks is really fine. Remember that typically one loses between 5% and 10% of the total amount you need to lose, in the first two weeks; so you're doing good!!

      Happy Atkineering!
