Ok, so I've tried this diet in college when i needed a 20-pound weight loss; and here we are 7 years later, and i need to lose a LOT more than that. I have muscular dystrophy, so what i'm eating is very important, i still eat salad and broccoli and have been eating chicken, turkey and steak. Stevia works WONDERS if you're a sweet-tea drinker, just add it to the unsweetened tea, you'll never know the diff. No carbs. Yay! Working until I can fit into my vow-renewal dress, which is a 16. 8 more dress sizes to go!
