Hi everyone my name is Jerry am 22 years old. I been coming to the board for awhile now just never joined. I started atkins in september of 08 and I weighed 383 pounds. I was doing really good till the holidays came. I now weigh 324 and I just started the diet again. Today would have been the 6th day kinda cheated. Anways I am glad I finnaly joined.

Some of us have found that starting a journal helps keep us accountable and makes us think twice before cheating. Maybe that would help you?
