    Buddy needed

    Hey everyone my name is tammy. I started atkins on 02/16/09 for the first time . My starting weight was 247 I am now 237..I am so happy !

            Welcome we have a thread thats been going on for weeks we have a group of regular buddies that share stuff,give advice etc why dont you join us on the 'hey buddies' thread?
