I have been in the induction phase and ketosis for the past two weeks.
I have no desire to eat bread, sugar, carbs of any kind. I miss my veggies and have increased my fat consumption. I lost 2 pounds, week two and have gained them back while in ketosis. I have the strips and have tested for ketones. I feel so much better eating low carb but I am struggling with the lack of weight loss. Any thoughts??
