Hey everyone,
Im on my 2nd day of induction and doing pretty good so far. I've done atkins before and lost 30 pounds that was over 2 years ago, since the beginning of this school year ive gained about 20 pounds though and would like to lose it. I was at 160 at the start (my highest in a while) and was at 158.8 this morning. I've been eating the bars and the shakes though and i've been hearing bad things about them and think i will have to stop eating them as i dont want to hinder my weight loss. Well I'm kinda excited about having a message board to kinda report to. Good luck to everyone else. I'll report tomorrow
