I have been on this site for a while now reading about everyone's successes and struggles and I figured it was time for me to join. I started Atkins back in March of 2008. I've been on and off since then (mostly off). I started off weighing 217 pounds and I am now down to 177. I still have a long way to goal. I would like to weigh somewhere around 125-130. I'm only 5'2" so I think that will be a good weight for me. I just joined a gym so I am hoping that will help me shed the last 50 pounds I have to lose. I think all of the before and after pictures are amazing!! They really give me hope that I can do it!
