Well I made it through the first day.so happy. I woke up looking forward to today. Ill keep updated as my day goes on

I got through it.It seems like it was harder then the first day.
Breakfast
2 eggwhites 1 Egg 1 tbsp of goatcheese
Snack:
Protein shake
Lunch : 4 Drummettes With ranch dressing
2 cup of lettuce
Snack:
5 Black olives
Dinner
1 cup of Broccoli
4oz of salmon
snack Sugar free jell-o
That was my meal plan but I must say I was still very hungry and wanted toast or a bagel.... I hope it gets easier. Thanks for the support. You all are awesome

If you get hungry - just eat plenty of legal items. You need to stabilize your bloodsugar and going hungry will not help you. Also be weary of items with artificial sugar such as jello and protein powder - they may stimulate your appetite.
