Good day to all of you? Today I went and bought chicken wings I baked them in oven with a little bit of garlic and olive oil. I was worried about the fat. Of course they had 0 carbs though. I read the book but i just cant seem to get it passed my brain that we don't have to count calories. Is this true.

well you don't have to count calories, but you should "control" them (basics are you should not eat more calories that what you're actually burning). But mainly on induction is to worry about eating around 65% Fat..so Wings specially if you cook them are great inclusive with a cup of Viggies or a Salad.

Hi Italianbella
You're not alone in trying to get your head round the idea of cooking with Fat! This is my third time on Atkins - I'm planning to stick with it this time - but I clearly remember the first time, standing over the frying pan with a bottle of oil in my hands - with years of trying to eat low fat making me almost scared to put the fat in the pan!
Each time I have done Atkins (and that certainly doesn't put me in the expert category - more a repeat tryer
) I have 'trusted' the Induction guidelines to automatically keep my calories at the correct levels, by weighing/measuring my veg and sticking to the limits for cheese etc, and I haven't counted calories at all during those first two weeks.
Good Luck
