    Day 2 on Atkins...

    And just found this board... just to say hi. Any tips on what I can have for my packed lunch tomorrow?

      Canned salmon and mayo.Tastes good and you'll prob eat alone,lol

        String cheese, jicama sticks, hard boiled eggs,
        Lunch meat wrapped in a lettuce leaf wrap with mayo and mustard and even cheese if you like.
