I am starting Atkins again for what seems like the thirteenth time! 
I am a 21 year old college student on a mission. Youth and vitality is on my side, although discipline is not. At my highest weight 220, I was eating whole cartons of Ben and Jerry's and lots of Calzones, Pizza, Taquitos, and M&Ms.
Now, at 191, although I do not indulge in those foods every day, I certainly never miss an opportunity to eat a 7/11 taquito (cream cheese & jalapenos)
However, since I am going to Hawaii in April with my family I need to step it up and i'll by facing the critics (family), on the beach and in my swimming suit.
so...

My goal weight in general is 130
Current Weight: 191
1st Goal: 170 (hopefully by Hawaii)
2nd Goal: 150
3rd Goal: 130
