  • Back at it again!

Hi, I started Atkins in 2002 I can't remember my exact weight, but it was around 211,my highest ever. By May 2003 I was 144lbs. I was going to Curves and walking 1-2 miles five days a week.
I met my husband in Feb 2004 and after our first year together I weighed about 155 (I was not longer going to the gym, but still careful of my carb intake). When we got married in June 2007 I weighed 155lbs, so it seems I had maintained my weight pretty well I think.
After we were married I started gaining weight back. In January of 2008 I was about 170lbs. I had signed back up at Curves in April 2008 weighing 176lbs, I went there about 1-2 times a week. I wasn't following Atkins anymore, intead I was trying to it smaller meals and lower fat food. My back "went out" in September '08, I was unable to go to the gym and I haven't been there since.
I started back on Atkins February 17, 2009 @ 203lbs and bakc to walking on the treadmill 3 miles (no Curves right now, because my back still gives me trouble, but soon I hope)~ my goal 145lbs.
