  • An OLDIE .. but a NEWBIE....

I have said this before (a couple of times) IT IS GOOD TO BE BACK!

Wow how this world works...i wish my roller coaster had stopped 5 years ago when I found ADBB...

    A little background on me:
I first discovered ADBB on my first attempt at the WOE. I went hard for 18 months... I did VERY well. I found love and support here... and then it seems life went south.

I lost some family members near and dear to me. I started working full time - NIGHTSHIFT ... My husband got a new job where he had a life, and I was still working shifts ... I turned to old habits. I left the Atkins Way.

I attempted to re start a couple of times... I just didn't have the drive. I had the where with all to realise just not to bother until I was ready.

I am now Ready. I have been on Induction for a 8 days ... I made it through the FLU, I have made it through a hockey game, birthday party and a night on the town!

I have a NEW job entirely - no more nightshift.. I am the Branch Coordinator at a Truck Equipment Company. Life is in a place where I can handle it all and then some, and I am ready to do this!

I look forward to catching up with those of you who may remember me... And look forward to forging new friendships too

    OH... for the record... in '04 i started at 225 - made it to 190.... I re-started Feb 20 at 195
