  • Well hello. :)

    Hello there everyone. My name is Aoife. I'm 18 year old, from Ireland. I'm currently at university in America, though.

    I've been pretty plump my whole life. Inherited my bum from my mum and my gut from my dad, I guess. Haha.

    But the whole thing was exacerbated when I moved to the US. A mixture between increased availability of fast food and the general lazy, busy life of a college student has made me put on another 2 stone (about 30 pounds) in the past semester and a half. That puts me up at 14 st 8 (204?).

    So naturally, I tried to cut back on food, but I just ended up eating very little, then eating a lot. Then eating very little again. I've decided to give up carbohydrates, seeing as my friend Sinead did the same and had some fantastic results. It'll be hard because, obviously, I'm addicted to potatoes. But I think I'm equal to the challenge. ^^

    Mini Goal #1: 188 lb (no longer "obese")
    Mini Goal #2: 170 lb (Hopefully when I go home for summer!)
    Mini Goal #3: 156 (no longer "overweight")

      Hi Aoife Yep, college is fattening. They call it the freshman 20 around here
      Enjoy you're new lifestyle, eat your veggies, and drink plenty of water. And if you have questions, don't hesitate to ask!!

        I'm willing to bet that, like your friend Sinead, you'll have great results. The guarantee is in following the plan to the letter.
