Hello to all! I'm thinking this support system might just be the ticket for a successful weight loss this time. I have tried Atkins before(and have been successful at it) but it seems I'm like a Kentucky Derby racehorse...great out of the gate, but not a very good finisher!! I'm one of those people who wear weight well. Oh you know the kind. I'm the one who people say "oh you don't weigh that much. I never would have guessed!" but I know how much I weigh, AND I DON'T LIKE IT!! So I start Monday 3/2 at 285. My goal is 199. It's time. Don't know much about bulletin boards so kindly point me in the right direction. Thanks!!!

Just keep a mental picture in your head of HOW MUCH you don't like it and hold onto it tightly for the next couple of weeks!! People struggle with temptations, cravings, induction flu...but it really comes down to, just exactly how BAD do you WANT it? That's it. You'll be delighted in 2 weeks. You'll feel terrific. Stay close to the boards and post if you need anything at all! I'd wish you luck but you don't need it....you need to want it!!

Check out the recipe section and print out some that look especially good to you. Then when your food starts to get boring and you're tempted to give it up, pick a couple of your recipes and treat yourself to something special.
It really helps keep this WOE interesting and satisfying!
