Well, I am just getting started on Atkins. I am diabetic and have PCOS. I'm 31, married and starting out at 260. Someday, I want to weigh 135. My lowest adult weight was 175. I need to feel better and get help with my diabetes, start living a healthy and strong life. So, here I am. And I'm glad to be here!

Hi Renee. I'm starting over but some of it still feels like new. You're going to feel better in no time. Make sure you keep in close contact with your doctor starting out on Atkins as the lack of refined carbohydrates and other food changes may cause you to need less of your medications....if you take them. Welcome, again, and see you around the boards.
