    Hi everybody!!! I just started atkins today and I can't wait to start dropping those ugly pounds!
    I do need help putting a ticker since I'm not computer saavy at all!

    You've found the right place for support and inspiration. I'm positive you'll soon be seeing those pounds disappear.

    Have you tried clicking on "Tickers" on the blue bar at the top of the page? You should be able to get one set up by following the instructions (though I admit I haven't tried it!!)
