Hi all! My name is Cyndi and both my hubby and I need to lose weight and I have been trying for weeks now to get my mind set to start a newer way of eating (hate the "D" word). In the past I have mostly tried Weight Watchers because I love the assortment of food I can have which only seems to keep me in trouble. I think that I need a bit more discipline than that. I need it to be stricter for me. Years ago I read the Atkins Diet book and started my diet with it but ended it with the South Beach Diet...I have done them all! I really would like to be successful on the Atkins as I think it is the best of all the low carb diets. I just made this decision this morning and I need to dig out my old Atkins book and learn all over how to go about it. I am just so thankful that I have found this site...I hope in the future to be helpful to others as I'm sure you all will be to me! Pay it forward! Just glad to be here!
