Atkins diet is not the first time for me. It started when my mom introduced diet to me some when in 2004.
As a kid I was energetic , always busy with sports and ate a lot to.
That is when my metabolism was way too high. So I could eat almost anything and not gain an ounce.
Well a lot of years have passed and as I get old I started to notice the weight I’m putting my body.
started working a desk job and as you all know. There is not much of activity going on there..
I gained 14 kg which I had difficulty of scrapping off. So I started my 2 weeks induction some when in 2004.
And I lost 8 kg in the first 14 days. But it quickly slowed down after that.
Well I combined it with daily basketball like pickup games with some of my friends.
Well I was active with Atkins diet in 3 months until I reached my goal. Which is 75 kg.
And after that I started to eat normal again. And guess what. I’m back to my old weight again. Actually I’m
20 kg heavier now. So my goal is to drop 20 kg not in that short time because I don’t have that much time
For myself anymore because of family.
I’ll take all the time I there is to maintain my discipline and ill reach my goal
I started 2009/02/25
and i weighed myself today and i'm 91 kg from 95.
Not bad right?
