Well that is to Atkins dieting that is...
Hi I'm Tracey... mother of two boys. One in the Air Force and recently married. My youngest is 12 and is driving me crazy at the moment. I have a high stress job and I don't get out to socialize much... so the internet is my social network.
Atkins...I know it works the best for me in removing my major trouble area. I tend to gain most all of my weight in my belly. When I'm on Atkins... that tends to go down quickly.
I lost 70 lbs on this way of eating several years back... only to gain it all back.
I just remember all those times jumping on the scale and there was another one or two pound lost... and how I monitored that like crazy. I was so excited and had so many positive comments.
Then ... was it just "One Day"... I stopped what I had been doing for months and I started to gain... one or two pounds at a time.
I always wonder..."Why don't I stop... why don't I realize that I'm 5 more than I was last time...?" I just don't get it.
Anyhow... I'm back and hopefully I can stay this time. Over the past few months... I've gone from 227 to 198.5 as of this morning. So I'm well on my was to success.
I love reading about and looking at all the great weight loss stories/pictures. I'll be sure to post mine.
Well I've got a busy day planned... so better get to it!

You're not alone in the yoyo-ing. I hope it sticks for you this time! It does really become a way of life if you let it.
