Hi everybody, I'm 21, female and in the UK. I'm on my 13th day of Induction - really looking forward to starting OWL on Wednesday! So far I've lost 5.5 pounds, so I guess my metabolic resistance is low
I don't have a lot of weight to lose, I'm just trying to get a little more healthy and a little less... lumpy! I work out every day, love aerobics and yoga, and I eat red pepper like it's going out of style. Since I started Atkins, everything tastes sweeter - a tomato tastes as delicious as an apple used to, so I can't wait to start adding berries and honeydew into my diet! So er... Hi!
