Well first off let me start by saying im not overweight by any means. I had my little girl two years ago. Cant believe its been that long ago. I gained 87 pounds being 5'3 and I was going through a breakup so the weight stayed on. Then i started the atkins and exercised lost most of it. Got down to 125. Now i have benged alot and went back up to 137. IM MISERALBLE cause im a small framed girl but the weight is in all the wrong places. PLEASE motivate me to get it together. im drinking so much water i can burst. I really am getting lost.
