    Here I go!

    It's time. I'm sitting at home with the strep and I read up on your site. I am ready to do this thing. My goal is 30 pounds by next January 1st which is my 50th birthday. Wish me luck. I had lost ten pounds and Snata Claus left me cookies on a plate inside of vise versa....anyway-I am ready.
    Hence the name to myself-long time no see!
