    I like that they have this bulletin now.I was on Atkins a few years ago.I lost 67 lbs. in 5 months. I had a weak moment and that ended up lasting days,weeks,months and even years.I'll tell you,I felt good when i was smaller.Now im back.Ready to make this a way of living for me now.Im 40 years old and not sure if that is the cause,but,i have been on the "diet" for 4 weeks and lost only 4lbs.What is going on?????

    Welcome back to Atkins and to

    In order to give you well-informed feedback it would be helpful to know a few things...
    - Height
    - Current weight
    - Goal weight
    - Are you a female or male?

    Then you should also post two or three days' worth of menus in the "Review My Menu" forum.

    Are you exercising? If so, how much. Are you drinking water? How much? Are you taking any medications? Have you been regular? If you are a female, is it that "time of the month"?

    There are lots of factors that affect weight loss. Once you give us a little more info we might be able to give you some advice.

        Hi Lee I'm in CT too.....north of you!
        I know my 2nd and 3rd (and final!!) times on Atkins went slower than the first, but most of it was my own doing.....I thought I knew what I could get away with
        As already suggested, post some of your menus. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water!





        290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
