  • New to the boards!!! Heloo all!

Hi I am new to the forum and I would just like to say hello to everyone. I just started Induction Yesterday and I wanted to get on here for support. I have read a lot of the threads and the support everyone gives is great. Hopefully I can stick with this and lose the weight I want/need to lose to be healthy and active again. I am 30 years old, married to a beautiful wife, and have two gorgeous kids. I am out of shape and I don't want to be a negative role model for my kids anymore. I want to be the dad they look up too. I live in Hawaii. Below are my goals:

Lose 90-100lbs and be able to run 3 miles...

    Starting weight: 280

    Goal weight 1: 260
    Goal weight 2: 240
    Goal weight 3: 220
    Goal weight 4: 200
    Goal weight Final: 180-190

I am shooting for a target date of November 1st to lose this weight. I am planning on beginning a running program to get me up to 3 miles 4 to 5 times a week. Hopefully more as time goes on! I plan on weighing in on every Sunday. I will post my results on here to keep track. I think if I have this site to motivate me I will be even more successful.

NOTE: How do you guys get those tickers on your posts?....

Thank you in advance and congrats to all who have lost weight and got their lives back!

    God Bless

    Good Luck To All,

Hey Joe, welcome to the !
You're going to do wonderfully, I can feel it.

As for the ticker, I got mine from tickerfactory.com. After it was ready, I just copied the "bbCode", the first one underneath the picture of the ticker on the website, and copied it into my signature (go to "Quick Links" and "Edit Signature").

    Best of luck to ya!
