  • NOW is the time!

I have no doubt I am not a new story, very typical of most others..... a past professional dieter and never found that "magic bullet". Finally bringing me to this way of life is evaluating my life piece by piece. The journey is not over, Im still learning so much about myself. I believe finding our true inner being is what will ultimately guide us to our goal. Learning self accountability and stop making all those dang excuses.

My official start date was 03/01/2009 but I have been educating myself in the low carb WOL for a few months leading up to this. I've been dabbling a little here and a little there, dropping about 10 lbs before my "official start date". I like the structure and follow-through plan of the Atkins way.

This board will certainly be a daily tool not only for my successes but for help picking myself up when I hit a bump in the road. I hope to look back on this in 1 year and say to myself.......I've finally done it!

    Smiles,
    Lisa
