hi. im really shy and embarrassed about posting this, but yeah. im new. me and my fiance are getting ready to start induction, and its pretty scary. but yeah, im in my early 20's and he is almost 30, and we just want to do something to be more healthier in our day to day lives, and hopefully this will bring back some of my self confidence before i get married. we both live in PA and are students (he is going for his second BS, im going for my BA in criminology and criminal justice, so in essence, this will be more than beneficial for my career choices).
start weight- 265
goal one- 240
goal two- 220
goal three-200
goal four-180
final goal- 150-170, obiviously closer to the 150 the better
he currently is @ 240 and has one goal- 180, but is pretty apathethic. so i have to plan an induction menu for a month and clean out all the junk, and we will be set! ill post back again the day we start
