  • Back....Again

Hi, I am Charlene and I have been on and off for a few years. I am having a tough time being able to stick to this way of eating because I find myself in situations where there is nothing but unhealthy carb options. I have been on it for 3 weeks now and have lost around 13 lbs. Right now I feel bloated (pms), so I know there will be more weight loss happening in a few days. Already I have felt it in my pants and can actually remove them without having to unbutton them. Also, I have arthritis in my ankles and have been pain free for over a week now. I have included alot of water which I think has really sped up the loss and will continue to drink lots of water even when I am not in the mood..like today. Another thing I have done is added Curves workouts to my life working out 3 to 4 days a week. I will be having my measurements done pretty soon so I will be curious to see if I lost any inches.

Welcome back, Charlene. Sounds like you've made a great start.

Why don't you buy a small, attractive, insulated lunch box and put legal snacks in it? That way no matter if good food isn't available where you are, you will have a secret emergency stash!
