I am a 23 year old woman and im trying my hardest. I am round two atkins went from 152 to 125 then gained most of it back when i got off of it now i was 138 now at 134 ive lost 4 pounds in 5 days. is that good? I have been running everyday. It seems that i lost more quicker the first time. Ahh im frustrauted. I have a little 2 year old and any advice for getting my flat belly back? Is this menu ok?
day 5 peices bacon, 1 sausage, cheese omlete and water
lunch 2 burgers wraped in lettuce
dinner 8 ounce chicken grilled with onion salt, toni spices, and garlic power, garlic salt. broccolli and cheese
snack cheese or deviled eggs
all i drink is water sooo plenty of water..
I run 1 mile in the mornings or night....
am i doing everything alright?
