Hi everyone, I'm back after a long time away.
Retracing my steps,
the last time I was on this board, was back in 2005 with what was then my highest weight of 220. Since the last time I was here, I have been higher than what was then my highest weight, hitting the scales at 234.
I'm now, 228.4 lb and look and feel the worst for it.
Anyway, this will be my 3 day of induction. I'm eating 3 meals a day, and in between meals, when I'm hungry it is a true hunger, but it is always around the time that I'm due for one of my meals.
Im not craving any major foods, but I feel as though something is missing, whether it's potatoes, rice, pasta, soda, cookies or chocolate etc. But once I eat my meal, whilst I feel like something is missing, I'm not hungry.
Anyway, goals.
Two days before Atkins 232.6
Atkins SW - 228.4 lb
Mini Goal W - loose 8.4 during induction.
