  • This ain't my first rodeo ...

    or even my second or third. But this time, I am by g*d gonna hang on until the buzzer sounds. I want that big fancy belt buckle and nothing's going to stop me from getting it.

    I'm older, maybe wiser, and certainly a whole lot bigger than I was the first time I used Atkins back in the 1970's. It worked then, it's worked every other time I've used it for however long I stuck with it, and I know it'll get me where I want to go. The difference is that this time I'm going the whole way!

    I probably won't post a lot - not much time - but I will try to update my progress and post major milestones.

    I want everyone out there to know that I'll be thinking good thoughts for all of you and for me. We can do this.

    Welcome, AlabamaDeb. You're a neighbor. I'm in Georgia.

    Post as much as you can, because the more you interact with people on the board, the easier time you'll have of it.
