    Hi everybody.
    I am about to begin the induction phase. I did the diet a few years ago successfully but after giving up smoking earlier last year than having to have an emergency op on my leg (from which I'm almost completely healed now)I've gained some weight that I need to lose.

      290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

          Welcome to the board! You already know it works so just watch you carbs, drink your water and get some exercise and you will lose that post smoking weight in no time. Check out the forums and maybe join a challenge or two.
