    Hi everyone - I'm new here and am looking forward to the support and challenge of being part of an online community. I'm also the parent of a 6-year-old and have been battling weight loss/gains since his birth! The hardest part for me is sticking to the plan!

    welcome Mom -- this is a wonderful place to come for help and support. Hope you have the DANDR book and have set your fridge and pantry up for legal foods. There are lots of threads to read on just about any subject you are interested in under "forums" at the top of the page.

    Also, don't forget to drink at least 64 oz of water a day and get your body moving with some sort of exercise daily. Good luck on your journey!

        Hi and welcome. I have a 6yr old daughter and I found the hardest thing was to stop pcking from her leftovers, so now as soon as she has finnished I squirt fairy liquid over her plate, Temptation gone lol.
