I'm a 5'11" woman soon to turn 39. I am about 235 pounds right now, and would really like to be below 200 when I hit 40. I just finished a week of a pseudo-induction, and having found this site and the wonderful induction topic, I'm going to spend the next 2 or 3 weeks doing a clean induction.
Gotta tell you all, so far the toughest part of Atkins was pouring my morning mug of coffee down the drain, which I did shortly after reading about caffeine and induction. I had to wash out the coffeee pot and sink as well so I wouldn't smell that wonderful coffee smell...
I do have one question. Does anyone have a food journal form for word, or ewven a journal pprogram? I have been using a little spiral notebook, but maybe there is a better way?
