I came to be a member of this forum by following a link from Bowuf on You Tube. I have been a subscriber of his for a long time but it wasn't until he posted a video about a bootcamp that I became more proactive.
I have had success on Atkins before. About 4 years ago I lost 91 pounds. Then I got pregnant and all of my good eating choices flew out the window. My daughter is now 3 and I am back to my heaviest weight and feeling pretty low. I have tried to re-Atkins several times, making it through induction only to cheat "one time" and fail.
Bowulf's bootcamp launched without me because I was slow to express interest but thinking about making that commitment has spurred me into action. So, I missed the camp. I can start on my own and catch the next one!
Last time I didn't have much information, aside from what was available on the Atkins website. I picked up the book The All-New Atkins Advantage by Stuart L. Trager but when I read the sticky to this thread I guess I need another book.
So, here I am. I am excited about the community support and resources I've seen on this forum and I am ready to go!

). I have come and gone several times and the WOE still works for me, although more slowly now that I am dealing with menopause and all the hormonal joys it brings.
