    1 week on Atkins

    My husband I decided to get our life back. We got married 2 years ago and have been gaining weight since. We are both on the diet We started last Monday he is down 12 pounds I am down 9. My goal is to lose 40 more pounds. I think with this site and determination it is very possible!
