    Hiya there!

    Hi! My name is Melissa. I'm 28 years old from Alabama. I've been doing induction for a full week (as of today!) I'm glad I found this place. I am horrid at introductions so I'll just cut it very short! Nice to meet all of you!

          My first week went very smoothly. No cravings that were horrible, no induction flu or anything! I love it! I haven't weighed myself but my husband has told me I look a bit thinner in the tummy area and face. So far so good! Nice to meet you

              I'm glad to hear that the 1st week went well and you didn't have the flu! It sounds like you are on your way and with a great attitude to boot! Just keep on doing what you're doing!

                  I am not feeling very well today but I don't think its due to Atkins. My husband came home with the sniffles a couple of days ago so I'm thinking it's that. It feels like a normal cold so I'm hoping. Anyways, thank you very much for the warm welcome!
