I just started Atkins Induction phase yesterday. I don't know if this is normal at this early stage but I already feel like a new woman! I'm now wondering if I have a wheat intolerance because having not eaten wheat since starting off yesterday morning and on waking up this morning I don't feel bloated, I feel energised, my joints aren't aching and my mood feels better. I know it's early days and things could go downhill but this has given me the will to keep at it.
I have tried so many diets in the past and always end up back at square one so I'm hoping Atkins will help me break the cycle!
I'll keep posting with my progress/problems!
