  • Hello I'm a newbie from Australia!

Hey guys, I have been here before- just before christmas I lost 10 kgs on induction but stupidly decided to quit it.

I am back permanently this time, as I have figured out that this is the only WOE that I feel satisfied and not tired on.

Got a long way to go, but I KNOW I can do it. It's great seeing all the members on this site who have achieved their goals, I am looking forward to the day I can post my before and after pics too

        Thanks guys.

Made my first mistake last night- went out to dinner, ordered surf & turf (which comes with garlic cream sauce) and salad, only to my dismay the cook had drizzled mayo over the entire salad... ah well. something to keep in mind for next time..

Re: Hello I'm a newbie from Australia!

Thanks! I want to lose 30 kgs (sorry i dont know how to convert to pounds...) which will take me to my pre-pregnancy range. I just wanted to see, I used to have a list of the carbs in each meat (I can't remember, think chicken? and stuff had small amounts?) if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.
