I'm Keiana and I'm new to the forum as well as the Atkins diet. I am currently on the induction program but the menu/recipe puzzles me.
I've noticed that the recipe includes up to 8 eggs for breakfast - is this for 1 person or for 2? Isn't 8 eggs a little too much?
I'm hoping that I will lose weight and not gain with the amount that I have to consume per day...!!!
I will also start exercising on the threadmill to start off with since I have been a couch potato for a while now
Well, any helpful advice will be appreciated!!
