    Hi my name is Heidi and I am ready to lose weight and be healthy. I am a mom of four and have a wonderful supportive boyfriend. We have decided to take this weight lose program together. I am 32 and weight 178 I am so disappointed in myself for letting myself get so over weight and unhappy.

    My hubby and I also toook the Atkins journey together and it has been such an awesome journey! The support is priceless. I wish you both the best with your weight loss goals. I recommend you start a journal and post some "before" pics to help give you (and us) a visual of your weight loss progress. ADBB has been a great support base for me and I'm sure you'll soon feel the same.

        welcome Heidi -- you are so lucky to have someone to go through this journey with! Good for both of you....you are making changes in your lives that will effect your children also!

        Look at the challenge section and join a few, it's a great way to keep yourself accountable on a daily basis and helps to keep you motivated. Don't forget to drink at least 64oz of water a day and eat the foods you are allowed to have. WIthin a few days you'll forget all about all the crud you ate before! Your tastebuds will change and you'll be amazed how wonderful things taste.
