I have been on Atkins over a month and I feel like I have lost weight. Problem is I don't know what I weighed to start with. I just bought a scale and I am much more then I thought I was! Now I feel frustrated and annoyed with myself.

More importantly, Annie...how are your clothes fitting? Scales can be a dieters nightmare. If mine are to be believed. I've only lost 2 pounds in the last 4 months, yet my thighs are shrinking! Measure prime areas, bust, chest, arms, waist, stomach, hips, thighs....and track them once a month.

And SOON those clothes won't fit at all!! Let me strongly encourage you to measure. It's sooooooo important to have a number you can feel great about and the tape measure is kinder than the scale! I wish I had measured everything in the beginning but I didn't...just the waist, hips, bust. I learned when I joined the 6 week exercise challenge to measure almost everything. Here's a thread that gives some guidance on where to measure. I wish I had known it existed before I started!! I try to measure every Sunday morning. You will lose inches before pounds after you've been with this WOE for awhile. It sounds like you're doing great.
